Was amazing but latest update destroyed it

  • This was a perfect chat app before the latest update and you cannot even rollback to that version. it is now causing major errors on the site and it is not really usable either. It never lists any active users on the site and agents are not notified of chats. Very unfortunate product decisions made here.

    I totally agree. It was working great, then the update. It is absolutely horrible. Doesn’t recognize users, look and feel is totally changed. Eeech! I really want the prior version back. PLEASE!

    We’d be happy to take a look at what issues your site is experiencing with the plugin. Regarding the user listing, this was removed to save resources on your website as it was a really heavy feature. Instead we’ve added a counter to tell you how many users are currently browsing your site.

    About the chat notifications. This is a bug and we’re fixing it as we speak.
