Warranty for anonymoous users

  • Hi, most of my users buy without creating an account, I would like to know if it is possible to add a form where users can request refund without have an account in the website.

    For example, a page with a form, this form would request the Order Number, so the user can request warranty without being registered.

    Is this possible?

    Hi @ssoulless,

    This is not possible technically, Because, without login or customer account id, I can’t trace the customer order and that’s why I can’t create a return request.
    I will try to think about your logic that how the guest customer will be created return requests.
