    Our code does not have is_file() statement at all. The bug was caused by another plugin, possible a cache plugin, with improper settings.

    Now I see that our styles printed on your website page, contain proper url https://h2g4j2z9.rocketcdn.me/wp-content/plugins/hcaptcha-for-forms-and-more/assets/images/hcaptcha-div-logo.svg, which works.
