I have noticed that Deprecated: WC_Cart->tax_display_cart was called with an argument that is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 4.4! Use WC_Cart->get_tax_price_display_mode() instead. is thrown directly after I log into my site.

I would attach the stack trace, but it wont format nicely.

It appears to be thrown in Advanced_Flat_Rate_Shipping_For_WooCommerce_Pro_Admin->afrsm_pro_get_cart_subtotal( )

While I am here, the plugin also causes a js error when using jquery > 3.0:

Uncaught TypeError: e.indexOf is not a function at advanced-flat-rate-shipping-for-woocommerce-public.js:42

This is from jQuery(window).load(function () {, which is deprecated since jQuery 1.8 and fully removed in jQuery 3.
