Warnings and Errors on update.

WordPress 3.9.3, just went to update from an older version and this happened. No new plugins added but I have been updating 1 at a time in prep for going to 4.0…maybe it’s a conflict with one of the other plugin updates but it was on updating Subscribe 2 I got this message:
