For information, here was the answer:

To fix this error, you must connect to the Joomla server by FTP and check the .htaccess file. In this file, you must remove the rule that blocks the access to the Zoo config files.
If you don’t know how to do it, please provide the FTP access (host, login, password) and I’ll do it for you.
