I’m getting this warning message at the top of my backend:

Warning! WP Super Cache caching was broken but has been fixed! The script advanced-cache.php could not load wp-cache-phase1.php.

The file /home/***hiding***/***hiding***/wp-content/advanced-cache.php has been recreated and WPCACHEHOME fixed in your wp-config.php. Reload to hide this message.

When I reload the message does not go away?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there, @wynot,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out. It sounds like the plugin’s data was corrupted, and it tried to self-fix it.

Could you try deactivating and deleting the plugin entirely, and then trying to reinstall it?

To remove the WP Super Cache, you can FTP into your site and delete the folder wp-content/plugins/. (If you’re not sure how to do this, ask your hosting company for help.)

After that’s done, you can reinstall the plugin, clear your browser cache, and let us know if that solves the problem ??

Ok, I will try that and let you know……

    UPDATE: It worked!

    Thank YOU!
