    I cannot get UpdraftPlus to perform scheduled backups. I’ve gone through the suggested FAQ but cannot figure this out. For one, I am hosting this site on my own VPS, so it’s not a hosting issue. Second, I can run the “Backup Now” without issue — they simply wont run on their own. Interestingly, it is presently Sun, May 1st, but my “Next scheduled backup” is supposedly going to occur on Fri, April 29th.

    At the top I receive the following error:
    “Warning: WordPress has a number (7) of scheduled tasks which are overdue. Unless this is a development site, this probably means that the scheduler in your WordPress install is not working. Read this page for a guide to possible causes and how to fix it.”

    Does anyone have some pointers on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance!
