    Hello @impurnendu and @tpmr,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending and run the ‘action_scheduler/migration_hook’ action.

That should fix the issue. Let us know if it doesn’t. We are here to assist.

Hello @rankmathteam, I’m sorry, I cannot find the place that you are talking about as my installation is in German.

Do you mean the WordPress Tools? If yes, where in the world are the “Scheduled Actions”? If you mean “Rank Math -> Status and Tools”, then I think I didn’t find it.

Is this WooCommerce related? No idea where the ‘action_scheduler/migration_hook’ action can be run. Please advise.

    Thank you very much.

    Best
    Henning

    Hello @collapsing_os,

You can access scheduled actions from WP Dashboard > Tools by default. However, if you have a plugin like WP Forms or WP Mail SMTP then the scheduled actions move to WP Dashboard > WP Forms/WP Mail SMTP > Tools.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

I’m having this same problem on my websites on which I use RankMath and WP Mail SMTP plugin. If I go to WP Dashboard > WP Mail SMTP > Tools > Scheduled Actions, I don’t see there any such option.
