    Thanks for reaching out. So we can determine more on this, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Does this also occur when you try to install Site Kit from the WordPress plugin repository, or are you performing a manual upload?
    3. Have you used Site Ki ton this site previously, or is this a first time install?

    Once we have the above information we can provide some troubleshooting suggestions, which may include reviewing any previously failed installs or directories added to your host directory, or troubleshooting any hosting related configuration impacting installation.
