Warning, they destroy your site!

  • So, I downloaded this tranlation pluggin for my site.
    It was not compatible with my page builder, so I did not get frustrated and simply went to delete it….

    Well, deleting it was my worst idea!
    This pluggin is undeletable! It was removed, but total scrap my wordpress, I cannot download any other new feature… On the pluggin area they said: “must run the clean-up tool to keep only one language. See the details on the “Welcome” tab in the WPGlobus Settings.”

    However, once deleted, impossible to reinstall the pluggin, nor to access that page to read the instruction.

    I contacted them, wishing of an answer or I’ll have to either reinstall wordpress or never download a new pluggin.

    PS: I tried manual instalation, their downloadable file did not work neither.

  • What are you talking about??? Today I’ve got a great support and resolve my problem with plugin in 20 minutes! Before I choose this plugin I’ve installed many others (include this one) and delete them without any problem. I think that issue in your case was not in the plugin itself. Just always read docs first!

    Well, did never got any reply from them at all, so you were lucky ??

    I deleted tons of addon in the past, I am building site to gain my life and it is the first time I saw something like that…

    If you look at negative reviews about the pluggin, I am not the only one that faced such trouble…

    Anyways, this is past me, I fixed it on my own (not thanks to them)
