Based on this and your other issue it seems you have an issue with your database. This error message shows when either of these two WP built in functions fail:

get_post_thumbnail_id()
wp_get_attachment_metadata()

Are you having issues creating regular pages or posts?

Oh I see!
But I don’t have any issues creating posts/ pages.

What happens if you create a new, blank slideshow? Does everything work then?

I don’t know what happend, but those 2 errors are gone now.
Now I’m able to create/delete slideshows and slides without any issues.
Did you fixed your plugin? Or maybe it could be another plugins, which caused that issue and maybe have fixed it now.
