    What is this SIGTERM? Why does this happen?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The server sends a termination signal to the backup process, asking it to stop .
    Please help me try to go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load -> choose maximum

    Also in the same section, lower Maximum Script Execution Time to 20 seconds then run it again.

    @saranshwpm Thank you, this worked. The backup of 3 GB took 3000 seconds.

    Btw, I also did an unthrottled Duplicator Pro backup of the same data in 100 seconds.

    Hi,

    Glad to know it is resolved.

    Regarding the backup time, there could be multiple reason for this. You may try with different archive format other than ZIP to see if it helps.
