• Hey. I hope someone can help me. I installed WordPress through my host and uploaded some templates. I am currently using the default template. However, at the top of the website there is a “Warning”. This is what the full context displays/says…

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘includes/custompost.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home2/imagepro/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/functions.php on line 527

What does that mean and how can I get it to no longer display?

  • What themes did you upload? I’m asking because there is a theme called Photum that causes this error. You can see a previous support post about this error here.

Try deleting all of your themes and then reinstall the twenty fourteen theme.

Something you could also check is if Debug is turned on for the site. Often these warnings won’t keep your site from working correctly.

To check if debug is on, open wp-config.php on your server and search for the line that begins with define(‘WP_DEBUG’. If it’s set to true, you can change it to false: define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Save the file and upload it back to your server and the error messages should disappear.

I went on the site today and not only are all of the themes deleted (except for the defaults) but my domain is no longer directed. There is a domain issue going on where it now says my domain name and then /wordpress afterwards. What could that mean?
