Warning: set_time_limit?

  • Hi, when you’ve typed in the code the link text appears, then when you click on it it redirects to a site saying the following:

    Does this mean the plugin only works, if I disable the safe mode (which I’m not allowed to, by the host)?

    I had to introduce set_time_limit() due to several requests/issues from other users with their providers. In my opinion, it is not necessarily required to switch off safe mode, it should also work (depending on your server’s downstream speed) without using set_time_limit(). Can you outcomment the line in download.php and check if it would then work?

    I have the same problem!
    I think it might have happened after an WP upgrade. I am not allowed to disable safe mode. The page containing the shortcode won’t open if I comment out the lines in the download.php file.

    Do have a solution coming up for this?

    Could you be a little more precise about the reproduction steps and the description of the issue? Does “The page won’t open” mean that the page is not displayed at all?
