    Hello

    When I go to https://www.cusopmillcottage.co.uk/ I get the following messages.

    Warning: require_once(/home/peekaboo1949/public_html/cusopmillcottage.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/framework/BWGOptions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/peekaboo1949/public_html/cusopmillcottage.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/photo-gallery.php on line 43

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/peekaboo1949/public_html/cusopmillcottage.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/framework/BWGOptions.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/peekaboo1949/public_html/cusopmillcottage.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/photo-gallery.php on line 43

    From my research into other people experiencing this problem, I understand that I may have to delete a file from my FTP. Is this right, and would anyone be able to direct me to which one.

  • You don’t need to delete anything just yet. As you said, use some FTP program to access your hosting, then navigate to /wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery and rename /photo-gallery to anything you want, like /photo-gallery.old and then try to access your website.
