I installed a plug in called one lick child theme, when I wanted to create a child theme with the plug in I just installed

I tried deleted the plug and the created child theme manually from the server, but it didn’t work. I couldn’t get enough information out of topic /support/topic/php-warning-require_once-failed-to-open-stream
