Warning: rename

  • In Edge Manage compositions I receive the okay:
    oam has been uploaded and was successfully imported.

    However at the top of the page is a warning
    Warning: rename(/nfs/c03/h04/mnt/49428/domains/blog.nature.org/html/wp-content/blogs.dir/4/files/edge_suite/project/clean_u17_t1370465584,/nfs/c03/h04/mnt/49428/domains/blog.nature.org/html/wp-content/blogs.dir/4/files/edge_suite/project/usairrigation_mapfinal_0) [function.rename]: File exists in /nfs/c03/h04/mnt/49428/domains/blog.nature.org/html/wp-content/plugins/edge-suite/includes/edge-suite-general.php on line 188

    and the composition(oam) file does not show.

    What is it telling me to fix?

    Hi, it crashes on a low level because the tmp extracted folder can’t be renamed to its final name. It says the dir already exists. Please check via FTP if the dir wp-content/blogs.dir/4/files/edge_suite/project/usairrigation_mapfinal_0 really already exists and if it contains any files. If so please delete the dir and try to upload the animation again. Or just try to use a new animation with a different name. Might just be that PHP can’t rename in general or something like that.
