Warning preg_match for lightbox plus

    Hello,

    I installed Xampp-server on my computer with php-version 7.4 on pc and i copied my website (montreuxappartement.ch) to my localhost.
    Only on the localhost server, I receive the following message (and repeated 50 times…) on top of EACH page:
    ” Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: invalid range in character class at offset 4 in C:\xampp\htdocs\montreux\wp-content\plugins\lightbox-plus\classes\shd.class.php on line 1384. (and ‘on line 700’) ”

    The lightbox PLus Colorbox version is 2.7.2 and WordPress 5.8.1.

    How to fix the problem?
    (I’m an amateur without experience…)

    Hi,

    First of, providing a localhost link will not work as it will only be visible on your local.

    Also, if you look closely. The error seems to be happening no the Lightbox Plus plugin and not on MetaSlider Lightbox. You should try and contact the Lightbox Plus developer regarding this matter.

    Alternatively, you can try and download their 2.8 version and see if it would fix the issue. You can also try other Lightbox plugins that is supported by MetaSlider Lightbox.
