After applying to the newsletter with example an e-mail “[email protected]”. This goes fine the first time. After that everytime you reach the page of where you entered an e-mail address, the general warning pop-up will show. Also after a hard refresh this warning will show.

The strange thing is this never happened before. Today I had changed the text in the warning messages through the plugin and changed styling through CSS. Since then this happened. I also removed all custom CSS, but it still happens.

My log is full of this Error code:

[2019-07-25 16:07:51] ERROR: Form 74 > MailChimp API error: 405 Method Not Allowed. This list member cannot be removed. Please contact support.

It seems also that the adres I filled in before the errors show are also automatically placed inside the form, even after a hard refresh.

The site is: [ redundant link removed ], however it is still under construction. If you need a user to view the page let me know.

    Hey maridjuice,

The version of our plugin you are using is very old. Can you please update it to the latest version and test again? Also, please share a screenshot of the pop-up.

    Hi Harish,

I’ve updated WordPress to 5.2.2 and Mailchimp to 4.5.3.

The log does not show any errors or warnings anymore.

Now instead of the warning pop-up it keeps giving the “You’ve succesfully subscribed” pop-up when i return to this page. The pop-up: https://i68.tinypic.com/esoy9e.png

Also when trying to refresh the page after signing up it shows this pop-up: https://i67.tinypic.com/15cyp2c.png

Does anyone have a possible solution for this?

    Hello,

That pop-up does not seem to be from our plugin. I checked your website but did not see any form. Can you please share a link where I can test the form?

You mean the second pop-up is not from your form? That is true, it is a default browser message saying there is some type of issue. It will look different on every browser.

The first pop-up is from your plugin, only styled a bit differently.

You can test the form on every page except the landing page. It is located just above the footer.

    Hello,

I was able to test it now. I do see that you have customized our “success message” that is displayed below the form and turned it into a pop-up.

If you are not sure how to remove your customizations, then I would suggest deleting the plugin and reinstalling it. Also, if you have added any custom JavaScript for the popup then remove it too and test again.
