• I am getting a warning from Updraft:

Table wp_wcsc_logs has very many rows (166570) – we hope your web hosting company gives you enough resources to dump out that table in the backup If not, you will need to either remove data from this table, or contact your hosting company to request more resources.

The amount of time to keep the logs setting is 24 hours.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

I’m not quite sure what is happening that could cause the logs to not delete. If you look at the Tools -> WP Cron Status, under View by Hooks, do you see the “wcsc_clean_up” hook? Is the last time it ran within the last 24 hours? And do you have anything under the “View Uncompleted by WP-Cron”?

There’s a few things you can try. If you have the time, please try them in order so I can narrow down the cause. If you just want to clear things up as quickly as possible, skip to the last option.

    1) Remove your email from the Settings -> WP Cron Status settings. After the next 24 hours see if the table size has gotten smaller.

    2) Deactivate and reactivate the plugin. This would cause the wcsc_clean_up job to reset and hopefully run correctly. After 24 hours see if the log table has gotten smaller.

    3) Last resort, you can check the checkbox next to “Cleanup”. Then deactivate and delete the plugin. This will delete the logging tables.

If you’d like me to take a look at your site, shoot me an email with the login info and I can take a look around.
