Firstly ran a restore and thanks, it worked perfect and was a massive time saver.

    After Restore
Getting Warning oldpugins after doing a Restore
We ran a restore and it worked well. The only real issue afterwards is updraft plus itself.

    getting multiple line 400 warnings

Warning: Skipping update check for updraftplus – installed version unknown. in
    home/_____/_________/wp-content/plugins/oldplugins/vendor/yahnis-elsts/plugins-update-checker/Puc/v4p6/UpdateChecker.php Line 400

Warning: Cant to read the version header for updraftplus/updraftpls.php The filename is incorrect or is not a plugin. in home/_____/_________/wp-content/plugins/oldplugins/vendor/yahnis-elsts/plugins-update-checker/Puc/v4p6/UpdateChecker.php Line 400

Warning: Cant to read the plugin header for updraftplus/updraftpls.php The filename is incorrect or is not a plugin. in home/_____/_________/wp-content/plugins/oldplugins/vendor/yahnis-elsts/plugins-update-checker/Puc/v4p6/UpdateChecker.php Line 400

    So wondering:
    1. has updraftplus just isolated a copy of itself into oldplugins folder so it can keep running during the restore?
    2. Can this now be deleted and just reinstall a new copy of updraftplus as you normally would via Add new plugin?
    3. Is there any documentation on removing the old plugin folder?
    4. Anything else I should know to remove this error and then get updraftplus running as normal.

    Hi,

The files are coming from an old copy of the UpdateChecker.php file. Please can you delete the folder in the “/wp-content/plugins” called “oldplugins”? That should resolve the issue.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
