    Hello folks i am testing the pixel using this plugin and testing events on business manager when i refresh the page of a product sometimes i get this warning which is saying is not matching with the catalog please check the image

    Do you have a Product Catalog?

    If yes, how are the products uploaded?

    using oficial facebook plugin and syncronizing.

    You need to go on our plugin’s WooCommerce page, look for “Facebook for WooCommerce Integration”, select Use Facebook for WooCommerce extension content_id logic, and SAVE.

    So the issue is still present with this configuration?

    Are you sure that the catalog is sync with Facebook for WooCommerce and that the same Pixel ID is configured inside Fb for Woo plugin?

    Please open the Facebook Product catalog and search for the product that gives you this error. Can you find it? If yes, click on it, and check what ID does it have.
