Warning not able to dismiss in Admin side

This issue happening in many of our websites. If you go admin > posts > add/edit posts (similarly pages) there is a warning message about NextGen legacy templates.
We couldn’t able to close this warning. When we troubleshooting found out the issue.
The issue is, the dismiss link missed to add wp-admin in site URL. Sharing the current request URL below,
https://domainname.com/?ngg_dismiss_notice=1&name=ngg_styles_and_custom_templates_deprecation&code=1
This should be changed to,
https://domainname.com/wp-admin?ngg_dismiss_notice=1&name=ngg_styles_and_custom_templates_deprecation&code=1
