• Hi!

A couple of days ago I updated your plugin to 3.5.3 and wp to 4.5.3 and am now seeing the following error 3 times at the top of search result pages even though debug is turned off. The search results seem to be valid. I have re-built the index with no change in behavior.

Warning: mysql_num_fields() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/oursanta/public_html/wp/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 3026

When I disable Relevanssi, no error message.

Your help is appreciated. I just love Relevanssi and hope to continue using it.

    Many thanks.

Relevanssi doesn’t use mysql_num_fields() anywhere. Have you tried switching the theme to one of the WP default themes to see if the problem might be related to your theme?
