warning messages

    i received these warning after cloning:

    Warning: copy(/home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/uploads/index.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ns-cloner-site-copier/lib/ns-file-utils.php on line 174

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ns-cloner-site-copier/lib/ns-file-utils.php:174) in /home/xxxx/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1173

    and the result was:
    all site was copied, but it seems the theme colors did not, it’s all grey ??
