Warning message on Export

I’ve been using Gigpress for years and never had this issue. When I click on the export button, I get a window (not a downloadable csv file) that shows the comma delimited shows but at the top it has this? I suppose I could skip that part and create my own csv file but I’m not sure it’ll import properly.

Any idea what this is and how to fix it???
