    Why am I getting this message and what do I need to do exactly? :

    Hi @planetasana

    I took a look and see an issue with your Jetpack connection, which may be causing this, even if it isn’t, we’ll need to get the connection fixed before we can find the issue. Can you do a couple of things for me?

    • Disconnect, Delete and Reinstall Jetpack.
    • It appears your host is limiting connections to your xmlrpc.php file. Can you ask them to allowlist our IP addresses listed here:

    Let us know when these things have been done and we can take another look.
