    After installing the plugin I get this message.

    “The functionalities here can not work due to:
    LSCache Module is disabled. How to fix it?”

    I click on “how to fix it?” And it doesn’t explain much, too complicated to understand. Do I need a server? It says I can use it without one so I’m not sure what to do. Speed tests show that my configurations aren’t working.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

    We just release blog post about this and you can find it on this address:

    https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2018/03/21/using-the-lscache-plugin-without-litespeed-server/

    In summary – some options request litespeed webserver and lscache and that is why there is message for that.

    Thanks. I’ve been playing around with configurations and it’s looking better. However I need some help making some more changes.
    I was unable to use my cdn at maxcdn with litespeed as it was messing with the look of the theme. so I just moved it to fastest cache and it works fine.
    Gtmetrix is still telling me to serve scaled images in the pagespeed tab. And in the Yslow tab I have
    1 Add expires headers
    2 Make fewer http requests
    3 Reduce dns lookups

    Best,
    Josh

    Hello again,

    For the CDN – You can check what to load and what not to load from cdn and you can test with the options.

    For expires headers – I can see expire headers in the js/css files. Not sure why gtmetrix give that information and at this point i cant check .. they are little overwhelm right now, but i check your site from pingdom and i can see that give report for browser cache for sites like google maps, api google etc. We dont have control to that.

    For dns lookups its the same – its for wp.com, facebook etc.

    Do you think that switching my server to litespeed and/or my cdn to cloudflare would help?

    I’m getting the same message even if I’m running with LiteSpeed Enterprise:
    Server Variables
    SERVER_SOFTWARE = LiteSpeed
    X-LSCACHE = on
    LSWCP_TAG_PREFIX = 850
    LITESPEED_SERVER_TYPE = LITESPEED_SERVER_ENT
    LITESPEED_CLI = NULL
    LITESPEED_ALLOWED = true
    LITESPEED_ON = NULL
    LITESPEED_ON_IN_SETTING = true
    LSCACHE_ADV_CACHE = NULL

    LiteSpeed Report Number
    Report number: NRWBIQFG

    Why I’m getting LITESPEED_ON = NULL?

    Thanks

    Hello!

    I am in same situation than @sas2000

    Thanks!
