A bit more information about where do you get this error displayed would be helpful?

This problem appeared when I installed a backup. I was using it without any problems, but I installed a backup 2 days ago and this problem appeared.

System information does not show LScache constant, that means LScache isn’t available at this server, so do what the error message ask you. Contact your hosting provider. This is not a cache plugin issue.

They said they couldn’t help. Can uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin fix the problem?

This is the confirmation for the displayed error in the plugin. The only one who can fix this is your provider because he disabled the cache.

You can use LScache without LiteSpeed webserver, but this needs quic.cloud. If you don’t have quic.cloud you can use LScache plugin, but you can only use optimization features from the plugin, but not all. Regarding CF, do a cache purge at CF, but this will not bring back cache function if your provider says that you don’t have a LiteSpeed license.
