I have LiteSpeed and LSCache installed on my server and cache has been enabled for my website. But when I activate the plugin I’m getting a message saying “WARNING: LiteSpeed cache is disabled.”

I also tried to generate a report but after clicking on the Send to LiteSpeed button nothing happens. I don’t see a report # or date get populated.

I’ve opened a ticket with my host but I’m not sure what else I can do.

    Hi, @rdkcreative

At the moment, opening the ticket with your host is probably your best bet. If they confirm that LSCache is installed and enabled, and you are still getting the warning, then you can give us your report number and we’ll have a look.

Edited to say: Oops! I see you already tried and failed to get a report number. In that case, if you are still getting the warning, we’ll need to take a deeper look. I recommend you open a ticket through our client area or by sending email to [email protected].

    Thanks!

Consider reaching your host first. For example, in case of polish hosting provider dhosting it is necessary to manually activate LiteSpeed Server cache functionality. Without admin’s intervention LSCache for WordPress didn’t work.
