    Hi, since a few days I receive this error and the backup won’t work.

    XML is deactivated. Any ideas?

    Could you please change the Maximum Script Execution Time to 25 or 30 seconds and try to run it again? ( BackWPup > Settings > Jobs, try to set Maximum Script Execution Time setting to about 20 secs), also reduce server load could help (BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load and choose medium)

    This is already set so it doesn’t help.

    I have the same problem and can’t figure it out. I started another Thread in german hoping to get a solution…

    Same here. The problem occurs in my case only on websites hosted by STRATO… so far.
