Warning: Invalid argument on Integration page

Are you using the latest version of the plugin and WordPress?

I tried testing this on my end but I couldn’t see any errors in my error log or by using Query Monitor plugin, and after finishing the setup the integration did show up on the left site.

Could you try performing a conflict test by disabling your other plugins and switch to default WP theme, especially if some of them also use Sandy integration, and see if the issue is gone after that?

If it is, try enabling them one by one until you can replicate the issue and that should tell us where the issue is coming from so we can debug it further.

I suggest doing this test on a staging site, or if you don’t have one make sure to have a full backup ready on live installation.

Issue was not resolved. We just switched to an alternative collection method but we really need to use Hustle.

I troubleshooted with everything turned off except Twenty-Twenty theme and Hustle plugin active and I still have the error when trying to integrate Sendy.

I get the success message but Sendy doesn’t appear in the left column and instead I get the inafmous error.

This needs special attention please.

Sendy is clean install, your module was tested by itself and nothing.

I’m really sorry to know that it did not work in the first case.
Can you tell me what WP version| PHP version are you using?

Also, can you try to check if it works with the default theme on your test site to see if that is the issue?

PHP 7.3.18
Left enabled only Tewnty-Twenty theme and Hustle, Integration with Sendy throws the same error.

I do appologies for all delay on this.

We received the credentials and it worked, thank you.

I checked the issue on your website and could replicate the problem on your website.

I double checked it on my website and worked as expected.

I can see you have the troubleshooting plugin, I tested hustle using that plugin but made no difference.

I’ve escalated this to our developers to take a closer look at why the plugin isn’t working on your website.

As soon they update this thread you will receive a notification.

I would like to update that our developers found the issue.

There was a reported situation on the update creating an empty array, the developer removed this array and now you should be able to connect the integration again.

Can you verify and confirm it is everything ok?
