  • i have been trying to convert many word docx document but it fails. it continues to give thiss message

    Apologies for the tardy reply, I’ve been on holiday. A few questions:

    * What browser and version are you using?
    * What operating system and version are you using?
    * What version of WordPress are you using?
    * Do you get the same problem with other browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?
    * Could you provide an example document that you’re experiencing the issue with?
    * If you open up the developer tools (F12 in most browsers), could you provide a copy of the network log?
