    Hi,

    It’s like the options have not been correctly saved, maybe the option is corrupted on the database.
    Save your sizes names, height and width and delete the option named custom_image_sizes from your database then add your sizes again.
    Are you on 2.4.1 ?

    Yes, WordPress 3.5.1, and SimpImgSize 2.4.1,

    I already had to do the “get php” and move it into my functions as it was going on a live site, and disable the plugin.

    on the database is still the value

    a:2:{i:0;s:0:””;s:6:”banner”;a:6:{s:6:”custom”;i:1;s:1:”w”;i:980;s:1:”h”;i:555;s:1:”c”;b:1;s:1:”s”;b:0;s:1:”n”;s:6:”banner”;}}

    If you want, I can re-enable the plugin and re-add the sizes on the test version of the site?

    Hi,

    As I expected the option is not saved right. You can delete the option on the database,activate the plugin and save the media option page, then the option will be saved again with the right format.
