Yes, I have just updated the plugin and I can see the tooltips now, thank you.
I really don’t want to appear as an ungrateful bastard by complaining about such things, but I still think there’s room for improvement. I’m just offering some opinions, and you are of course free to decide if you want to implement any of them or not.
For example, before stumbling on this forum post I didn’t know that the permalink preview in the all posts list was inserted by your plugin. So the current tooltip (“The main category should be chosen in the Edit Post page.”) would have made no sense to me. My suggestion is to put the name of the plugin somewhere in the tooltip text and maybe explain a little bit more that the purpose of choosing the main category is to control how the permalink is generated. Something like: “WP Category Permalink note: This post was assigned to multiple categories, but you didn’t choose the main category to be used in the permalink. The current permalink uses the WordPress default.”
Also the red icon makes it look like an error, not just a simple warning/note. It made me think that something possibly dangerous is happening, and that’s why I started searching the internet for the meaning of the icon and found this forum post. I see that the icon font does not have the classic triangle with an exclamation point normally used in warning messages, but maybe using another icon (“dashicons-flag” or “dashicons-info”) in a less ominous color would make it look more like a notification, which I believe was your intention.
I have made a quick mockup screenshot where you can see both icons and the modified tooltip:

Again, these are just suggestions and you may completely ignore them if you don’t agree with my views; I’m just trying to help here, not to be an ass.
Thanks again for your work. Cheers.
