    Did you change WordPress’s charset in wp-config.php?

    What version of MySQL is your server running?

    MYSQL server version: 5.6.22
    No change wp-config.php because installation second step the warning.

    Have you contacted your hosting provider about this? It doesn’t sound like they have MySQL configured properly.
