WARNING: Found wrong tag

Hi,
I’m developing a new theme. I’ve ran my theme through the theme checker plugin and it reports two warnings.

WARNING: Found wrong tag, remove food-and-drink from your style.css header.
WARNING: Found wrong tag, remove custom-logo from your style.css header.

I copied these tags straight from the theme handbook so I’m not sure why I have to remove them. My theme is gear towards food establishments and it has the ability to upload a custom logo.

Do you have any ideas why I would be asked to remove it?
