  • After manual upgradation/installation of WP I was installing plugins one by one. When I found some of the plugins were similar or not functioning any more in Site Admin Panel, I deactivated a few as well as deleted the deactivated one. Since then, I am getting the following error on top of my blog. I am unable to resolve the issue. Kindly help me to resolve it.

    Warning: fseek(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/anand/public_html/Wordpress/wp-content/plugins/rssautosubmit/rssautosubmit.php on line 63

    Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/anand/public_html/Wordpress/wp-content/plugins/rssautosubmit/rssautosubmit.php on line 64

    Also, please help me to understand the difference between WPMU, Multisite and WP Network.

    – fopen etc. are “security” features of your host. Ask them what they can do to allow the action.

    and no idea how to resolve it. Before this disfunction I went to Dashboard/general and I tried to change the URL’s address. When I wanted to write back the original, i could not and I received this massage on the top.
    Does anybody have a clue what can i do? I read some familiar problem here, but non of them could answer my problem.
