    Hello,

    Customers can’t download the PDF-s they purchase.

    Version WP: 5.2.4
    Version WooCommerce: 3.7.1
    Waterwoo PDF: 2.4.5

    I have a message:
    Warning: file_get_contents(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /wp-content/plugins/waterwoo-pdf/inc/tcpdi/tcpdi.php on line 111

    Warning: file_get_contents(https://wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/2019/11/e-book.pdf): failed to open stream: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /wp-content/plugins/waterwoo-pdf/inc/tcpdi/tcpdi.php on line 111
    Unable to watermark this file for download. Please notify site administrator.TCPDF_PARSER ERROR: PDF data was not read, either because the file doesn’t exist, is corrupted, or transfer timed out.

    Hello @agaglobalmedia

    Thanks for getting in touch. The plugin works by running through the PDF before it is served by WooCommerce. It looks for it, downloads it temporarily, watermarks it, spits it to a new file, and offers that file to Woocommerce. If it cannot find the WooCommerce PDF file to begin with, you’ll get an error like that.
