Warning error after WP update

for this error :
“Warning: Declaration of QuietSkin::feedback($string) should be compatible with WP_Upgrader_Skin::feedback($string, …$args) in /www/htdocs/w019a49c/baumpflegepemsl.de/wp-content/plugins/ocean-extra/includes/wizard/classes/QuietSkin.php on line 12”
just update the plugin ocean extra to the version 1.5.19 it should do the trick, it worked for me and a lot of people in this thread.

Update your Ocean Extra plugin and OceanWP Theme – the updates went out earlier today. If that doesn’t work, contact your host.

Although I already had the 1.5.19 (i.e. latest) version of Ocean extra, I still got the same error after updating to WordPress 5.3 – Shock!!Horror!! Lots of swearing!!!

However, after reading the “Fix” given by “Sionus”, and modifying the file giving the error message as he/she instructed, I was once more able to access my site.
SO, I would personally like to thank “Sionus” for working out what was wrong, and also for being Public Spirited enough to make the effort to post the fix here – Thanks a million, I appreciate your help very much.

Hello,

If anyone is still facing the issue, please try to update the theme to the v1.7.3 and ocean extra to v1.5.19 to fix the issue.

Having the exact same problem as @shizzlesissl & @voetus

Can’t even access my dashboard page to make any form of further updates or fixes.

Anyone have any additional solution to this specific issue?
