    Just got loads o other problems!

    Hi @nylarosie

    It looks like the permissions on your server are not set correctly which means that Smart Slider does not have permission to create the cache files and the optimized image files. (It could be that simply the chmod is too low which you could resolve like this: https://doc.smartslider3.com/article/257-messed-up-or-blank-page-in-back-end#cache . But it can be that your apache user does not have read/write permissions on the directory at all. In this case (when even the 777 chmod won’t resolve your issue), I would suggest asking the host to look into the permission problem as it can be that something is not set correctly on their side causing the slider not to be able to access the folder where it should create its cache files.)

    I looked at your site and I haven’t seen the problems now – have you managed to resolve the problem?
