    Hi,

I have upgraded to v7.10.25 but am still getting error messages. Could you please have a look and see what the issue may be caused by?

    Many thanks,

  • Hi Claire

Thank you for reporting this, I’m very sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

We are aware that older versions of PHP didn’t accept any parameters in this function, however this shouldn’t be an issue if you are running PHP > 5.3.6.

We strongly recommend that you switch up to PHP 5.6 or later, as per the PHP version support documentation. Older versions are in the “end of life” status and should not be used in production.

Alternatively if you would like us to fix this issue in situ, please open a support ticket attaching your FTP details and we’ll put a fix in place directly.

    I hope that helps?

    Kind regards
    – Perry
