The same thing happens when I try to log in to my blog.
I can’t log in to my blog.
Version 3.16 (auto updated)
Theme: Catch Box

I’m using the Plug-In Query Monitor by John Blackbourn and it gives me a similar warning:

Declaration of CASConditionPlaceholder::filter_excluded_context($posts) should be compatible with WPCAModule_Base::filter_excluded_context($posts, $in_context = false)

Same here – I performed the update to CAS and now it’s showing the error:-

Thank you all for reporting this and for providing details and stacktraces! This has been fixed in version 3.16.1.

If you encounter any other problems after updating again, don’t hesitate opening a new support thread.
