    Hi,

    The Sucuri Dashboard shows the message:
    Warning: curl_exec() has been disabled for security reasons in …/sucuri-scanner/sucuri.php on line 5357

    Also in the Dashboard “Error retrieving the WordPress core hashes. ”
    The malware scan doesn’t work either.

    I’m guessing I should probably contact the hosting company, as Sucuri works fine in other sites I manage, but just wanted to verify…

    (And sorry to ask two questions in a single thread, but if I try to test the site from sitecheck.sucuri.net it tells me that I’m running wordpress under 4.6 when I actually have 4.6.1 – a possible reason is that the theme seems to remove the generator meta tag)

  • Ah yes, we use the curl library to execute the malware scans and store the audit logs. If you can get your hosting to enable it for you, the plugin will work.
