Wordfence Allowlisted IP

Hi, i’m using wordfence and when i checked my wordfence all options setting then I figured out that the there is a allowlisted ip which is : 141.94.254.72 and when i check it from whois its from france and I checked my other sites this ip is already there and when i try to remove it and click on save changes it still remains there. kindly help is this is the hackers ip or it wordfence ip because i add my sites for wordfence central to scan all the sites at a time, and i wanted help regarding crawlers because my ahref webmaster crawl can’t access robots.txt file and i want the firewall to allow ahref bot, i didn;t find any option to add it under rate limiting section
