    I’ve followed your instructions in the docs and the video to the letter, but keep receiving the above error message.

    The app ID and secret are correct, the app is published and the authorised URL is correct.

    When I tried it on a live site, the following error was returned:
    No profile data is returned from application. Please contact your administrator.
