• After being impressed with the plugin I purchased the Pro version and their Patrios premium crowdfunding theme. Generally I really like the plugin but there a few things that currently stop me from giving it a 5*. Some of the basic functionality features (enable disable perks and rewards) can not be changed from the admin side unless you use custom CSS, you have to include them on the users dashboard and campaign creation form. However, I got in touch and they’ve been providing fantastic support to customise the basic features. They also helped change the dashboard background colour for the graphs to better match my colour scheme as these are currently hardcoded. I hope this customisation will be admin accessible in future releases as I feel it does let down an overall great plugin. Another issue was that they changed their 30 day money back policy on the day of my purchase (coincidence maybe). Again, they’ve reviewed this change as it was pretty drastic in it’s restrictions and have now reassured me it’s more reflective of their company ethos. A few other things are the social share icons are duplicated for some platforms and the hover colours are non-responsive for some buttons. Another big issue for me is this plugin doesn’t play nicely with other Woocommerce plugins (WooDiscuz, PDF print and share, pro tabs). It does have an option to change to a WooCommerce template for campaigns (products) but then the active WooCommerce product tab disappears and some plugins still don’t work correctly along with some of the crowdfunding features (campaign updates). I’ve been told they are actively working on this so it’s looking like these issues will be resolved in a future update. It will be a 5* plugin when they do.

    I feel sorry to read this review. I too agree that the discount clause on the refund policy does not reflect on our company mission. We believe in customer happiness and always try to go beyond our boundaries to help them and improve our products to meet their expectations.

    Currently, we are on our annual vacation. This is why there is a delay in response. We will be back at the office tomorrow and I will try my best to refine the refund policy to make it as much customer friendly as possible.
