Warning: Cannot modify header information ISSUE

A friend of mine is trying to configure a blog and it is all fubared. I am not sure what she’s done.
The first problem was fatal flex. I got that sorted out and now I can see the blog and the login screen for WP but can put in the username and password but I get these errors… Below the errors, I have posted the tesxt of the wp-login (pluggable.php is ridiculously long). I can’t tell what the problem is.
