Warning: Cannot modify header information

  • i have several forms on my site that generate an error message after submitting.

    The error i get is:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/deb44406n2/domains/tennisclubmaasniel.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/header-footer/plugin.php:248) in /home/deb44406n2/domains/tennisclubmaasniel.nl/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196

    I have found many topics about similkar errors but none of the proposed solutions like:
    – Deleting spaces in wp_config.php or pluggable.php
    – adding a php closing tag
    – wp_debug = false

    have solved my issue.

    Any idea what it could be?
    Could it involve the recent update to 4.2.2?
